FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR

6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - WITH POTENTIAL TO BECOME PERMANENT

CITY OF LONDON

£30,000 (PRO RATA)

Our Client, a top UK Accountancy firm are looking for a Facilities Administrator to join their team on for 6 months on a contract basis, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.

They are looking for a candidate with strong facilities administration skills, to join the team at their amazing City office on a hybrid basis.

Facilities Administrator - The Role

  • Building relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Deal with daily facilities administration duties
  • Manage the upkeep and maintenance of the office facilities
  • Assist with office move and space planning projects
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Support the facilities team in day-to-day operations

Facilities Administrator - What we are looking for

  • Minimum 1 year facilities experience in a professional environment
  • Positive Can-do attitude
